For a few years now my legs and back have been in pain, I have always wondered why, but never fully figured it out. Some family gave answers like "it's because you wear pants that cut of your circulation", "you don't right", etc. All may be true, but I didn't like hearing it because ya know, I like to be the smart one. Well, I finally decided to get some looser pants to see if they would help at all. Guess what! They work, and I love them. I'm thinking of buying them again, so that I have multiple pairs to wear because they are so comfy!
What do these pants look like?

something like this |
Through the whole process of figuring out what was wrong with me, I went to a doctor to see if I had a serious problem. I was worried about having cancer, because my before my cousin was diagnosed with leukemia she felt pain in her leg. I was experiencing pain in my leg, so I just wanted a definitive answer to help lessen my worries and stress. No cancer luckily, but for some reasons I still had my dumb doubts. Why? I have no idea. What my doctor did tell me, that I could either get physical therapy or a massage to help out (not gonna lie, a massage sounded great) or I could take vitamin D supplements because I could be lacking in that area as well. Apparently I am lacking in a lot of categories. So I started doing the vitamin D, but was feeling no less pain. (all this happened quite some time ago). These pants I just got, seem to be helping a bit. I still do need to eat and sleep better, maybe even exercise. But, some comfort has indeed been given. YAY!
Another thing that is exciting but also old news. I might not have to take pills for the rest of my life! It is something I never expected to hear in my life, but oh so joyous! But again, I need to eat and sleep better and just all in all take care of myself better than I have been. I'll openly admit, I still am failing at that.
Time for the health goals. I'll come back later to tell what they are exactly.
