I finished the book today. I enjoyed it. Probably the thing I loved most of all is that the author wrote through the mind of a 9 year old boy, who is trying to figure out exactly why his dad had to die on 9/11. It shows us all the emotions one can feel. So very well written. However there are definitely things I would skip.
I've realized that a lot of the books I've been reading for my goal have something or other that I don't want to read in any book. So I decided that I will try my hardest to choose carefully the books I will be reading, so I can have a cleaner thought process. I hope it works.
This weekend I will be going to Comic Con with my sister Mikaela and friend Sara. I finally have chosen a costume, and am so psyched to go! It will be a blast (new favorite word)!
Also, yesterday was Labor Day, and my whole family was here, let me tell you that that hasn't happened for a while. My dad, older brother, and 2/3 of my sisters ran a triathlon. Then I had 3 family members of the extended family do it as well. They all did great and I am so proud of them for doing something I don't think I could do.
