Today I finished The Book of Mormon. And while I didn't have a soul shaking, ground -breaking revelation that it was true, I know without a doubt that this book is true. This book has so much that we can take and learn from. If we use it to seek out answers for our questions we will find something, something that we didn't think of or realize we needed to hear.
As I was reading it and living on my own in Provo, I had learned so much about faith and hope. As someone who grew up in the LDS Church, I didn't think that I needed to learn about faith, I knew I had it. Saying I was wrong is a huge understatement. There is so much more to faith than you know. You need to continually be acting on it, always knowing and believing that it will get better, that you won't be stuck in this seemingly impossible rut forever. Just the fact that faith and hope go hand in hand is something amazing.
Lets all strive to be our better selves and find hope in all things. That we can continually have a positive outlook on life, and if we see someone a little down that we can be there for them and pick them up and help them to be happy. Lets all strive to always be grateful and find the joy and beauty of the world.
I love this beautiful thing called life, and so should you!
