Life has been pretty good recently. I've made quite a few recipes, which  will be posted in a little bit. It has been raining for the past few days, which has also been fantastic! My love for May, has been growing each day.

The other day I went to the temple. I hadn't been in some time, so it was so refreshing and peaceful. I decided that I want to go as often as I can, at least once a week? I am so glad that I have the opportunity to go to the temple, it's so beautiful and it's there to help us and feel the great love of our Heavenly Father and Savior. I am also so lucky that I live in Utah where there are so many temples so close to me, not everyone has that, and sometimes I take it for granted. Lets just say that I'm a lucky girl.

Today I went on a walk with my sister and it was a dynamite time. There was a trail we went on, (that we didn't know existed), so why not? Best decision of the day. Then it rained, so that really iced the cake.

All in all, May has been a heck of a good time, and will only get better.

I also watched The Little Princess, the one that doesn't have Shirley Temple, because who watches that? And goodness that movie can make you cry like no other, especially the part when she's screaming at him and then he screams: "SARA!!" Just imagine how much more you'd be crying if he didn't remember, just try. Sad right?!

Okay now the part I know you are all waiting for, the recipes:

Pineapple Pulled Pork Pizza with Bacon, Jalapeños, and Cilantro. The changes I made were such: I didn't use cilantro, (because my family is cilantro haters). It was absolutely delicious!

Grilled Tilapia Bowls with Chipotle Avocado Crema. I doubled this recipe and I didn't use the grill. I also didn't have corn, so we went without that as well. Still delicious, and just to let y'all know, it's spicy.

Iced Raspberry Danish Braid. I forgot the icing, and this dessert is temperamental and difficult to get right. Also, let me just say how miffed I get when the bloggers write the pre-heat temperature and to follow the directions precisely after you've started mixing ingredients. Do you really want me to mess up this recipe? Because it feels like you do.
