Hopefully you at the end of this post |
We'll start off with a Chicken in a Creamy Parmesan and Sundried Tomato Sauce. Delicious as much as it is beautiful. Make it. Eat it. Enjoy it.
Parmesan Tortellini Bites. Okay, question. Who doesn't love some sort of cheese or tortellini. No one that's who. I made this an unbelievable amount of times actually.
Sriracha Mac and Cheese. It's got a delightful kick to it. Actually, for a weak soul like me, you might wanna lessen the spice, but hey at least give it a chance.
Peppermint Bark Brownies. Oh. My. Diabetes. These are delicious. If you've ever had Nanaimo Bars, it's a lovely Christmas edition. Oh, and let me tell you, I had to make this twice because my sweet mother or father dropped the first try...Oh Christmas memories, so sweet.
Baked Zucchini Fries. If you wanna crack at some health, you should try this, cause they ain't that bad.
- a little note for y'all. This website!! I should look at it more often, because two words....CHEAP MEALS. Take a ganter.
Churro French Toast!!!! I mean seriously, who could not love this breakfast?!? At this moment, I am the Winnie the Pooh gif.
Creamy Four Cheese Garlic Spaghetti Sauce. So simple and so much better than boring ole' spaghetti. Also for all you meat lovers out there. just add some chicken, or bacon, or both.
Cinnamon Rolls. Another secret for you, I'm not a huge fan of cinnamon rolls. So why, you ask, do I bother making cinnamon rolls? Maybe it's because I'll make enough to eventually like them, maybe I like making others happy. Who knows. What I do know, is I royally (in my opinion) botched these bad boys. At least my roommates took them off my hands, I'm sure they all enjoyed my pain.
Coconut Milk Hot Chocolate. Now, I'm a fan of coconut milk, and I'm a huge fan of hot chocolate, but together? Never again....
Zucchini Pizza Bites. I'm sure it's to get your children to not eat any more pizza tostinos or whatever those things are called. But those are much more delicious and you don't need to train yourself to enjoy them, like you do for these.
Chocolate Lasagna. Chocolate. Whipped Cream. and umm, more chocolate. What more could you want? J.K, Don't tell me that.
Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo Tortellini. Ugh, my goodness this recipe is delicious. Also easy, because hello, CROCKPOTS. Probably a future wedding gift that I will be happiest about receiving.
This next recipe doesn't actually have a title, nor can I find it's blog to source it, but for sake of titles I'll call it a vegetarian wrap. They also happen to be so so yummy, filling, and cheap. Three of the best things to hear. It has these basic ingredients, but you can add anything I assume.
- Tortilla's
- Cream Cheese
- Sliced bell peppers of whatever color; preferably red, orange, or yellow
- spinach. A crap ton of spinach
Kit Kat Cake. One of the few cakes I like, because I've discovered recently that I'm not a fan of cake. I also happened to make this cake without the kit-kats, so does it count? Sure, because dang is it delicious.
Creamy Caprese Quinoa Bake. Unimpressed, and it took me like a *decade to finish...but for vegetarian folk, I might recommend.
*not literal
Skinny Honey Lemon Chicken. Not terrible, I just struggle eating foods that say skinny as part of their title. Give me all the calories and unhealthiness.
Creamy Three Cheese Spaghetti. Another non-boring spaghetti. Try it is all I'll say.
Baked Eggs. A new way to eat eggs that I love because VEGETABLES. I really really love vegetables.
Easy Spinach Ricotta Pasta. Good with an unhealthy amount of salt, pepper, and some other spice like Italian seasoning.
Frozen Blueberry Yogurt Bites. Now, I'm not a fan of blueberries or yogurt, so you may be wondering why I made this. My roommate who loves both, and she bought her blueberries at Costco, which let me just say that if you're gonna buy blueberries, buy them there.
Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus. and by prosciutto, I mean bacon because it was cheaper and I assume just as delicious.
Smoked Gouda Mushroom Quesadillas. The best-loaded quesadilla's I've ever eaten, and I never eat mushrooms.
Melt in Your Mouth Pumpkin Cookies. So so good, and so so easy. Who doesn't eat pumpkin in autumn, riddle me that.
Easy Creamy Crock Pot Chicken Tikka Masala. I really wanted to add Peasy to that title, but I'll give accurate credit where credit is due. Also back to this dish, it's divine!!!
Vegan Butternut Squash Stuffed Shells. I happened to mess up it's vegan ness by changing the tofu to ricotta. Cause who eats tofu on purpose? Not bad, but not great. Doubt I will make it again. Also, I need to vent about this because the instructions were somewhat vague and it took FOR-EV-OR to make. Totally not over it.
Apple & Gouda Grilled Cheese. So easy and one of my all time favorite recipes!!!! Seriously, buy gouda and put the "an apple a day keeps the doctor away" to the test, it won't even feel like a test!
Well, that took forever, but I'm happy to help you possibly enjoy cooking delicious recipes at whatever point in the future. I am also learning more about myself; like how I'm eating more food that I don't normally eat. Weird I know.
Eat. You'll feel better.
